Sarah Palin’s latest proposal rejected

Members of the Senate bipartisan majority rejected a Sarah Palin stimulus plan on Tuesday, stating that “palin’s proposal does not meet the spirit of the act, which was to funnel money to states in order to stimulate the nation’s faltering economy.”

Palin’s latest set-back as Alaska governor revolved around using federal stimulus dollars for education and other projects but was rejected quickly and unanimously.

As governor, Sarah Palin has struggled to find her niche, as many of her ideas are either rejected or passed then highly criticized later.

One example of this is the culling of wolves and bears in Alaska which promotes the shooting of predators from small planes.  This caused major uproar in the lower 48 states and among animal rights activists since many of the animals are left maimed to die of cold or to be eaten by scavengers.

Palin needs to figure her policies out if she wishes to be re-elected to govern Alaska.

Palin’s Attorney General Slams Gay Community

Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin

Sarah Palin’s newly appointed attorney genearl has landed his himself, along with his famous governer in hot water for his beliefs about gay marriage.

Wayne Anthony Ross allegedly wrote a letter to the Bar Association Newsletter in which he labelled homosexuals “immoral,” “perverse,” and “degenerate.”

Of course, this has caused a great stir amongst the gay community aorund the U.S. and beggers questions about Palin’s judgement.

Sarah Palin is as much in the public eye as any American politician in recent memory and us such needs to carefully reconsider her decision making policies.  even though Palin’s policies are extremely right wing, she must not associate herself with this kind of biggotry and small mindedness.  While it is one thing to oppose gay marriage it is completey another to suggest that homosexuals are anything less than the other individual members of society.

As such, Palin needs to seek better advice from her staff so she can make more careful and political decisions in the future.  If she does not, she may find that she loses popularity at record pace and eventually has to simply step down from her position of power.

Bristol Palin’s baby daddy claims: Palin’s a liar!

Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin and son Tripp

Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin and son Tripp

The father of Sarah Palin’s grandson Tripp claims that the former Vice President candidate is a liar and that she has stopped being genial to him after the election was lost.

Levi appered on “The Early Show” and was asked about his relationship with the Palin family.  Levi claims that Sarah Palin, who had been supportive to him during the 2008 election, stopped being nice and shut him out once it was clear Barack Obma was to be President.

When asked if Sarah Palin is a liar Tripp said “Yeah.”  He also said Sarah Palin will allow only brief visits into the Palin household to visit his baby son and that he is “Almost never” allowed to take his child away with him.

Personal feuds can be extremely hostile, and while one feels sorry for Levi, it can be dangerous to assume his statements are taken in the right context.  If however, Sarah Palin is indeed acting in this disgraceful manner, she should be held accountable and be asked to publcally state her position on the matter.
